“The Heart sought Niches”

The Heart sought Niches
It had known—
But found them—covered up—
It Swooned—and on the Surface slid—
Amazed—to lose its Grip—

Then trickled, sideways, down a Strand
By Gravity alone—
By Eve, it hit a Soggy Patch
It christened—Hostel Home—
