“I hail the Potables—of Days—”

I hail the Potables—of Days—
What Nectars issued up!
The Bracing Scenes and Sweet Displays
Pour out—from some Sly Cup—

Some Tastes are Glibly Glorious—
Some ask a Finer Tongue
To savor—the Mysterious--
In Wines—still Young--

Today’s Mead is most Amiable—
The previous Brew—bit—
I thanked it, though, for rolling Down
And pulling Spice with it!

  1. Long time supporter, and thought I’d drop a comment.

Your wordpress site is very sleek – hope you don’t mind me asking what theme you’re using?
(and don’t mind if I steal it? :P)

I just launched my site –also built in wordpress like yours– but the theme slows
(!) the site down quite a bit.

In case you have a minute, you can find it by searching for “royal cbd” on Google (would
appreciate any feedback) – it’s still in the works.

Keep up the good work– and hope you all take care of yourself
    during the coronavirus scare!

    • Hi, Justin–sorry, I’m just seeing this now–for some reason, the system had your message in a spam queue–not good! Anyway, I’m so happy you’re a long time supporter–I didn’t know I had any! Lol. My theme is Apostrophe 2–I’m glad you like it. I think it works really well particularly for poems and articles, which would look quite dry without a strong graphic element. I took a peek at your site and I think it looks great. To be honest, I think it would be a real drop in sleekness to change its current theme to Apostrophe 2, although I can understand your concerns if the current theme is slowing things down. Maybe there is some other theme more similar to what you have that would be faster? Truthfully, it doesn’t seem like your content would translate well at all to Apostrophe 2. Incidentally, when you post a message on here, a link to your site appears right below your name, so no need for your addressee to Google it. Anyway, thanks for the well-wishes, and I hope you’re doing fine during this difficult time, as well. 🙂
